Home / How it works

The 60 seconds
after a camera trips

Every alert on every site follows the same procedure, whether it turns out to be a stray dog or three men with a cutter. Consistency is the point — an operator should never be deciding what to do while the clock runs.

Intrusion detection

CCTV cameras and motion sensors detect unauthorised movement at your premises and instantly trigger an alert. Detection zones are drawn around your actual layout at installation — the gate, the loading bay, the boundary wall — so a delivery truck arriving at 6am does not trip the same alarm as somebody on the fence at 2am.

Typical elapsed time: 0 seconds

Control room monitoring

Our central monitoring team receives the live alert with video feed and location details, and a siren sounds on site immediately. An operator has eyes on the actual footage before anybody is called, which is how we separate a real intrusion from a branch moving in the wind.

Typical elapsed time: 2–5 seconds

Live voice warning

The operator speaks directly through speakers installed on your site. Not a recording — a person, describing what they can see, which is considerably more convincing.

“You are under surveillance. Leave immediately.”

Most incidents end here

Immediate action & escalation

If the threat continues, we inform you directly, dispatch the nearest guard team to your site, and alert local authorities. You are told what is happening while it is happening, not afterwards.

Dispatch time depends on your location in Delhi NCR

Reporting & evidence

Every incident is recorded and shared with you, including video proof and a detailed written report. This matters more than most owners expect — it is what an insurer asks for, and what a police complaint needs to go anywhere.

Getting set up

Onboarding takes a few days, not a few weeks, and you are not left managing any of it.

Step one
Free site survey. We walk your premises and map the blind spots.
Step two
A flat monthly quote for your site, with what is covered written down.
Step three
Installation of cameras, sensors, sirens and speakers by our team.
Step four
Zones configured, app access handed to you, monitoring goes live.
Operators watching a wall of camera feeds in a monitoring control room
Operators on shift — the control room is staffed, not automated

Start with the survey
