No. Installation and equipment are part of the monthly plan, and maintenance is included. You are paying for a monitored site, not for hardware.
What does ₹2,500 a month actually cover?
That is our entry plan for a small single-entry site — a shop, a small office or a plot. Larger sites are quoted after a free survey, because the honest answer depends on how many angles need covering. See the pricing page.
How fast do you actually respond?
Our operator is on your site’s audio within seconds of a verified detection. Physical patrol dispatch depends on your location within Delhi NCR — we will give you a realistic figure for your address during the survey rather than a number that sounds good on a website.
Can I watch my own cameras?
Yes. You get app access to your live feeds and recordings alongside our monitoring.
Do you provide guards without the camera system?
