How much does CCTV monitoring cost in Delhi?
Our plans start at ₹2,500 per month for a small single-entry site — a shop, a small office, a compact plot. Larger warehouses and factories are quoted after a free survey, because the honest price depends on how many angles it takes to leave no blind spot. See pricing.
Do I need to buy the cameras?
No. Installation, equipment and maintenance are included in the monthly plan. We own and maintain the equipment, which is what makes the zero-maintenance promise possible — a fault is our problem to fix, not a bill you receive.
How fast do you actually respond?
Our operator is on your site’s audio within seconds of a verified detection. Physical patrol dispatch depends on where your site sits within Delhi NCR. We will give you a realistic figure for your address at the survey rather than a number that sounds good on a website.
What happens if it is a false alarm?
Software pre-filters movement, and an operator looks at the live footage before anyone is called — so a stray dog does not become a 2am phone call to you. False alarms are still logged and reported, at no extra charge. A system that cries wolf gets switched off, and a switched-off system is worse than none.
Can I watch my own cameras?
Yes. You get app access to your live feeds and recordings, alongside our monitoring. Plenty of clients check in from the office; that is normal and expected.
Do you provide guards without the camera system?
Yes. We deploy trained, background-verified guards on their own. Most clients eventually combine the two, because cameras cover the ground a guard cannot be standing on, and a guard does things a camera cannot — check a lock, challenge a visitor, sign in a delivery.
Which areas do you cover?
Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Our patrol teams are based in the city, which is the only reason our dispatch times are worth quoting.
Can you use the CCTV cameras I already have?
Often, yes. If your existing cameras are working and compatible, they can be brought into our monitoring rather than replaced. We check this at the survey and tell you either way.
What do I get after an incident?
The video clip and a written incident report, the same day. It matters more than most owners expect — it is what an insurer asks for, and what a police complaint needs to go anywhere.
Will this work on a plot with no electricity?
Yes. Vacant plots and remote sites can run on solar-powered cameras and sirens over mobile data. Power and connectivity are two of the things we specifically check during the survey.
Is there a lock-in period?
Terms are agreed in writing before installation. Ask us on the call and we will tell you the exact commitment for your plan rather than leaving it vague until the contract arrives.
What happens if my internet goes down?
Cameras continue recording locally, and a connectivity drop is itself an alert on our side — we know your site is offline and we tell you. On sites where the risk is high we can add a mobile data backup.
